MELLOW Snowboard 2025

NIDECKER MELLOW Snowboard

EUR 2025-01-22

The Mellow is firmly established as a rider favourite, blending a modern directional outline with versatile surf-style performance. Designed with plenty of surface area towards the nose and a shorter tail, this is the kind of board that comes alive on a powder day. It’s super easy to drive through deep turns and loves to be ridden off the back foot when you encounter those natural white waves, think beard-caking cutbacks, bottomless pillow slashes and treeline hacks. A tight sidecut and mid-stiff flex pattern add genuine all-mountain capabilities, the Mellow feels reactive edge to edge and is equally at home burning wax on the hardpack, while the Surfy Camrock profile helps you mow down bumps and skim over slushy sections with no loss of flow. We’ve finished it all off with an ash veneer topsheet that provides natural ride dampening and a sick matte finish worthy of a place in any quiver.

Features:
- CONSTRUCTION: Premium Sandwich
- TOP: Absorbnid
- INSERTS: 4x2/6
- FIBERGLASS: Triax Plus
- CORE: Master Core
- BASE: N-7000
- EXTRA FIBERS: Pop Carbon

Freeride Snowboards

Freeride snowboards are the perfect boards for touring in untouched deep snow. The backcountry has no limits for you. No matter if you want to shred down the slope and push your board, your bindings and your physique to the limit or if you prefer to slide down comfortably with your family. The focus is on fun, safety for all involved and respect for nature. If you want to take on the much-loved white powder, you need a specially designed board that can be guided smoothly and safely through the thick layers of snow. And that's where the freeride snowboard comes in.

Directional

Directional boards are the classics. They have an asymmetrical shape and usually have different tips and tails in favor of a more generous tip. This improves flotation in deep snow. The longer tip also provides more power for carving. The transfer from you to your board and onto the snow is therefore more direct and significantly more powerful. The sidecut is also designed to provide better forward guidance. A directional board is therefore ideal for all those who like to go off-piste, ride fast, carve and make Vitelli turns their favorite moves.
