Riding fun
The Marlee Skate gives you the absolute joy of riding and lets you become one with the ground. Thanks to the original soft boot from K2, you can skate pain-free and comfortably for hours without any problems. With the Marlee's soft boot, Stability Plus Cuff and F.B.I. rail, you get extra safety without having to compromise on comfort.
Components
We have done our best to develop an optimal inline skate for children. With the Frame Based Interlocking rail, we have provided extra strong vibration damping for our Marlee children's skate. The four 70mm wheels per side with an ABEC 3 ball bearing and the Stability Plus Cuff provide extra stability, flexibility and comfort.
Speed Lacing
The Speedlace lacing or also called quick lacing system, convinces with a very easy operation and offers fast and secure hold. The Speedlace system is pulled at the upper end of the shaft on a band and thereby fixes the skate. By the strength of the pull, you determine the strength of the lacing. These skates are in a particularly good price-performance ratio, because they are very practical and functional due to the Speedlace, but are still traded cheaper than the BOA skates.
4 Wheel
4-Wheel tracks have, like the name suggests, four wheels. The normal 4-wheel inline skates are much safer and easier to control, which is why they are particularly suitable for beginners as well as fitness and hobby skaters. However, advanced skaters can reach high speeds even on 4 wheels, for example, by choosing larger wheels and therefore experience great driving fun. The Maximum size of the rollers is noted on the skate rail.
ABEC 3
The classification ABEC stands for Annular Bearing Engineers Committee and classifies how fine the rolling bodies (the balls in the bearings) are manufactured. In other words, the higher the ABEC level, the more precise the production. However, it should be noted that the smooth running of a bearing is also influenced by other factors - such as the materials used for the various components of a ball bearing, as well as by the type of lubricant chosen.
