The Globe G2 skateboard will take your skateboarding skills to a new level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this skateboard won't disappoint. It features an eye-catching design and is available in a variety of colour combinations, including vibrant graphics and cool patterns. The board is not only functional, but also a real eye-catcher on the street or in the skatepark.

Deck:
The deck of the G2 is made of seven layers of maple wood, which gives it high stability and durability. The concave shape of the deck ensures a secure stand and facilitates tricks such as ollies and flips.

Trucks:
The Tensor Alloy trucks have an aluminium alloy that offers high strength and durability. The kingpin of the Alloy trucks on the G2 is hollow. The conical wheels of the G2 have a special shape that offers you more stability when grinding on curbs and rails.
With a diameter of 53 mm, the wheels are ideal for street skating. The hardness of 101a is slightly higher than the wheels of the G1, which leads to a longer life.

FULL CONCAVE SKATEBOARD DECK

With a full concave deck you get unbeatable grip and improved control over the skateboard. The concave shape allows for firmer and more stable foot positioning, which is especially beneficial for tricks and technical manoeuvres. The decks also feature steeper nose and tail, allowing you to effortlessly jump high and perform spectacular tricks, whether in the skatepark, on the street or in the halfpipe. The versatility of a full concave deck allows you to adapt to different skateboarding styles. Whether you are a street skater, a park skater or a vert skater, these types of decks will suit your needs.

WHEEL BASE

The wheelbase of a skateboard refers to the distance between the two axles (truck mounting points), measured in inches or millimetres. The 14-inch centre wheelbase provides unshakable stability, ideal for speed freaks. At the same time, you retain the manoeuvrability you need for breathtaking tricks and precise manoeuvres. It's the Goldilocks zone of skateboarding - not too long, not too short, but just right. Skateboards with this special wheelbase offer the perfect balance of stability and manoeuvrability to take your skate experience to the next level.

STREET SKATEBOARD

This versatile skateboard is specifically designed for riding on urban streets, pavements and skateparks. It is the first choice for skateboarders who focus on tricks, jumps and exploring the urban environment. A typical street skateboard consists of a stable deck, manoeuvrable axles, hard and small wheels and non-slip grip tape. These components are designed to provide maximum control and manoeuvrability. The deck is typically shorter to make it easier to turn and perform tricks, while the hard wheels allow for acceleration and deceleration on rough surfaces.

ABEC 7 BALL BEARINGS

ABEC 7 ball bearings are a special category of bearings widely used in the skateboarding and roller sports industry. These bearings are classified according to the ABEC standard. The ABEC standard is a standard that defines the precision and tolerances of bearings. The ABEC scale ranges from ABEC 1 (lowest precision) to ABEC 9 (highest precision). ABEC 7 is in the middle of this spectrum and is therefore an excellent choice for most skateboarders and roller sports enthusiasts. The precision of ABEC 7 bearings means they offer smoother and more efficient rotation, resulting in improved speed and longer life.

7-PLY MAPLE WOOD

Skateboards are usually made from 7-ply maple wood, as this construction offers an optimum balance between durability, flexibility and weight. These layers of wood, also called "ply", are glued together crosswise to create a sturdy yet flexible deck construction. Maple wood is known for its robustness and resistance to the stresses of skateboarding. The 7 layers provide stability and durability, even with hard landings and impacts. It still has the necessary flexibility to absorb shocks and bumps on the road. This flexibility allows skateboarders to ride and perform tricks comfortably.

DECK WIDTH

The deck width of a skateboard is a crucial factor that significantly affects riding performance and comfort. This value, measured in inches or millimetres, refers to the width of the skateboard deck, edge to edge. Deck width is highly dependent on the preferred riding style. Wider decks offer more stability and are good for bowl riding, ramping and downhill skating. Narrower decks, on the other hand, are more manoeuvrable and are preferred by street skaters who perform tricks and flips. Beginners often prefer wider decks as they offer more stability and are easier to balance. Advanced skaters choose different deck widths depending on their individual riding style and the tricks they plan to perform.
