BATALEON BLOW Snowboard 151

EUR 2024-09-15

Twin Outline and classic Triple Base Technology™, the Blow is made to get you pumped on learning new tricks. We’ve dialed in a mellow flex that’s accessible for any level of rider and feels playful to send off side hits or push your skills in the park. Available as a set with matching bindings at select retailers.

Features:
- Flex 2.0 (Softer snowboards are easier to press and won’t kick your ass if you make a mistake. Stiffer decks are more stable at speed and super responsive edge-to-edge. Choose your poison.)
- Float 56 (Range 10 to 100) Maximum volume for surfy vibes in the pow, or a smaller surface area for nimble freestyle performance. This number is calculated with length, width, 3D shape and surface distribution.
- Glassing: Bi-Ax Lamination: A traditional two-way weave that is light, strong and playful; it keeps the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness, which is great for getting creative.
- Woodcore: Core Core: Full poplar with hardwood beech stringers to strengthen the boards backbone, reinforce the inserts and increase pop.
- Base: Hyper Glide S: Our standard sintered base that’s durable and fast – and even faster when you keep it waxed.
- Sidewalls: Shock Walls: This is our Urethane infused sidewall technology. ShockWalls smooth out your ride and are more resistant to impact.
- Base Graphic: Flip Flop Base: Die-cut bases are like a jigsaw. Flip Flop minimizes waste by using two or more color options for each piece. That means more unique graphics and less environmental harm.
- Twin: Boards that are shaped for the park are designed with maximum center base width and minimal side base uplift. Creating a stable landing platform with confidence boosting forgiveness and next level agility. Think about your tricks not about your edges.
- Low Camber: Camber profiles are defined from low to high. Higher camber make for more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively to get maximum performance. Lower camber boards are smoother on lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. Higher is not always better...
- 3BT™: Combining the responsiveness of traditional tip-to-tail camber with the dynamic shaping properties of Triple Base Technology makes for a 3D snowboarding experience like no other.

Freestyle

Freestyle snowboards are usually designed softer for boxing over rails or kicking in fun parks. They are also slightly shorter in length, which makes them suitable for beginners. For those who like to ride big kickers, freestyle boards with a higher degree of hardness offer more control, but require advanced riding skills. Mostly, freestyle boards are offered in a twin shape. Tip and tail are identical and the bindings are positioned exactly in the middle, so that backward and forward riding are equally well possible.

C3 LibTech

This LibTech C3 snowboard comes with a very mild rocker between the feet and powerful camber at the tip and tail. This camber was specially developed for snowboarding: Maximum edge hold, pop, power and precision with the benefit of a little more float and carve. Perfect for aggressive snowboarding.
